Last official version:

  • Mac OS X

Generally working, but not much tested. Packages are not available currently.

Alexander made a test build for Mac OS X 10.6.1 Intel 32 bit: doublecmd-0.4.6.dmg. This is experimental only!

We have limited or no access to a Mac, so if you find any problems, patches are welcome.

Hi

I have to use Mac at work and I was looking any decent file manager. And I found great one! I would love to help in any way I can with porting Double Commander to Mac.

Thank you

R

Hi,

Thanks for this great program!

There is a problem with the Mac OSX build: in terminal window (at the bottom), the font is not set to fixed spacing, and it also cannot be changed in the options. Could this please be fixed? It makes the terminal output rather unreadable.

Thanks!

Is there a version of Double Commander that works with Ubuntu 13.04 (Raring Ringtail)?

The repository at https://launchpad.net/~alexx2000/+archive/doublecmd doesn't seem to contain any such version.

Thank you for an awesome program!

Thanks for great product.
The only true replacement for Total Commander. And I've tried them all! Tab-Options feature is really cool (don't know if TC had it). I've been using it for 2 years now and don't even consider TC anymore, even in Windows. Iz should be on 1.0 since it's pretty much a complete software.
