| Description | Please add an option to have one or multiple archives extracted to their source folder(s). This would be very helpful especially when many archives have been selected for extraction (from multiple subfolders using CTRL+B function). Furthermore a function for deletion of archive(s) upon successful extraction would be appreciated. However this has been requested aleady. Cheers | ||||

It is already possible, you can use relative path. To unpack them right into the source directories, just empty the "To the directory:" field. |

Internal commands cm_ExtractFiles and cm_PackFiles support optional parameter (extract/pack files into active panel): ExtractHere and PackHere |

ExtractHere won't work in Flat view (Ctrl+B) in the way the reporter wants, he actually needs empty target directory, not the address of active panel. By the way, ExtractHere and PackHere are not documented. |

Clearing the target directory field is helpful. Thanks. :-) However an option in the dialog would be more intuitive. |
