Summary0000839: Use GVolumeMonitor and GVolume to retrieve drive list and detect volume changes
DescriptionUDisks1 is obsolete and modern distro don't use it anymore. So current Double Commander implementation doesn't work now.

Create new implementation based on GVolumeMonitor and GVolume like other Linux file managers does. GIO provides easy high level API independed from low level implementation. Double Commander already depends on Glib so I think it is the best variant for us.
