Steps To Reproduce1. Open an ftp connection on the right side window.
2. Try to overwrite a file on the ftp server with F5 key or clicking 'Copy F5' button.
3. On the window that pops up click 'Start'
4. On the window that asks 'File ... exists, overwrite?', click 'Overwrite', 'Resume', or 'Overwrite all'
5. File is overwritten, but the program no longer reacts to mouse clicks, keyboard still works fine.
Additional InformationMouse input can be recovered by pressing F5 key, then on the window that pops up click 'Cancel'.

The problem does not show up in the following cases:
- overwriting using drag and drop
- overwriting local files
- if copy file option 'When file exists' is set to 'Overwrite' and then click 'Start"
