Summary0001371: Cannot use hotlink directories of archive is open
DescriptionWhen archive is open in one of the panels, it's impossible to quickly switch contents of this panel using Directory Hotlist. Error message is shown instead: "ChDir to [selected folder here] failed!"

One needs to leave the archive (go up) in order to use Hotlinks.
Steps To Reproduce1. Open (enter into) any archive file and see its content.
2. Try to use any Hotlink directory, including Special Dirs.
3. Error message "ChDir to [selected folder here] failed!" is shown.
