Summary0001686: Using multiple displays, the taskbar icons does not move to another window
DescriptionUsing multiple displays, and having the following settings (windows 10)
- Multiple displays > Show Taskbar on all displays : ON
- Show taskbar buttons on: Taskbar where windows is open
- Combine buttons on other taskbars: Never

The taskbar icon does not move with the Double Commander window when moving from one display to another.

Steps To Reproduce1. Use the windows settings as described in the desrciption
2. Open double commander on one display
   => you will see the taskbar icon on that display
3. Move double commander to another display
   => the icon should move from one taskbar to the other taskbar of the display, but is does not.
Additional InformationTested on multiple machines, with multiple windows versions.
