Summary	0001863: An empty band overlaps folder tabs
Description	An empty band overlaps folder tabs making them unreadable (see attached screnshot).
Steps To Reproduce	This is a default behavior that started several builds ago. If I check the "Show drives list button" checkbox the folder tabs appear OK but if I remove the checkbox and restart Double Commander the issue is there.
