Summary	0001915: drag and drop outside Doublecmd not possible
Description	Try to drag and drop file, folder (or multiple ones) with mouse outside Doublecmd. Currently it is not possible.
Steps To Reproduce	1. create file or folder 2. try to drag and drop with mouse outside Doublecmd to any app (another filemanager, e.g. Caja, Nautilus in Linux or instant messaging program to send a file, e.g. Telegram, Riot, Franz, Rambox etc) 3. this will not happen and mouse cursor will get deny icon (circle and 45° angled line on it)
