DescriptionMake mouse actions configurable.

Action triggers:
* left button
* left button after delay
* left doubleclick
* middle button
* middle button after delay
* middle doubleclick
.....
Could support up to 5 buttons (I think 5 is recognizable by Lazarus, otherwise only 3).

Example actions:
* start drag&drop (copy by default)
* start drag&drop (move by default)
* start drag&drop (with context menu)
* rename file
* execute file / go into dir
* select file(s)
* focus file (move the cursor to it)
* show context menu
* go through history back/forward
