Summary0002072: Wrong panel scrolling when using drag and drop inside double commander
DescriptionWhen dragging a file from one panel (source) to the other panel (target), the source panel is being scrolled instead of the target panel.
Steps To Reproduce1. in the left panel navigate to a directory with many files, so the scroll bar would be visible.
2. in the right panel navigate to a DIFFERENT directory with many files, so the scroll bar would be visible.
3. start dragging a file from the left panel.
4. while dragging, move the mouse to the bottom of the right panel to begin scrolling.

BUG: the left panel is being scrolled instead of the right panel.
