Summary | 0000021: Change case of filenames on VFAT-volume fails
Description | When trying to rename a file to the same name but with different case, it fails because the file already exists. Steps to reproduce: 1. Mount a USB flash-drive, memory card or hard drive formatted with FAT32 2. Create a file "readme.txt" 3. Rename it to "Readme.txt" = Double commander gives a warning that the file already exists and asks to overwrite 4. Create a new folder "folder" 5. Rename it to "Folder" = The operation seems to succeed, but the case of the dir stays the same. This is tested on Arch Linux 64-bit.
