Summary | 0002389: Asynchronous sync fails for file names with only case differences |
---|
Description | Doing an asynchronous sync between two directories containing files which have the same name but different case correctly flags the right hand pannel for deletion. However it does not end up copying the file from the left hand panel across or perhaps it did and changed case on the way and then deleted the replaced file? Either way it requires that sync be undertaken twice, once to deleted the left panel files and then again to copy the right side to left |
---|
Steps To Reproduce | create a file fred.txt in one directory and a file FRED.txt in another. Do an asynchronous sync between the two. One will be flagged for deletion. hit synchronise and sync should come back showing the file on the left as being unique. |
---|
Additional Information | I'm not sure if the files have to have different date/times - mine did. |
