Summary0000575: Unable to reopen viewer when it was closed in minimized state
DescriptionWhen viewer was closed in minimized state (from taskbar) and DC was restarted
it is unable to open viewer again (need to edit session.ini to restore viewer)

Same problem with Options and probably other windows that are restored from session.ini
Steps To ReproduceOpen viewer
Minimize it
Close viewer window using taskbar close button (or context menu)
Restart DC
Unable to restore viewer
