Summary0000801: Preset (and wrong) text & background colours instead of sys defaults for file panels.
DescriptionThe default file panel text and windows bkgnd. colours in as-installed config are explicitly set to $20000000 (!!!) and white (#FFFFFF), respectively (because of the out-of-range value, the text colour defaults to system palette's Window Text colour, so the issue may go unnoticed).

The implicit colours should honour the system palette colours by default (Window Text and Window Background colours respectively) - yes, this is a problem with TC, too :).
Steps To ReproduceFresh install DC or delete the old profile from ./.config/
Start DC. Will have black text on white background regardless of the current palette.
Open 'Configuration/Options.../Colors/File panels' - see attachment.
Additional InformationIt happens with both GTK and QT widgets on both (X)Ubuntu and SuSE. I suspect it is platform (and OS) independent.
