Steps To Reproduce1. Change date format to yyyy-MM-dd in Control Panel
2. Restart DC
3. See the date being displayed as dd-MM-yyyy in DC

Not a bug. DC has its own format settings ("Options"->"Files views"->"Date and time format"). In DC 0.6.6 it is filled by system date format at first start (with empty doublecmd.xml).
