Summary0001511: Find files. No need "ansi" encoding
DescriptionFind dlg dont need Ansi enc on NON-Win32. Only win32 has Ansi: it is 1byte codepage for OS.
Linux/Osx dont have special 1byte codepage on OS, they have utf8 and its all.
ANSI means nothing for them. Only if u use some codepage when "ansi selected" it has meaning. Pls delete.

Ansi = System in this case and it can be UTF-8 or some other codepage. Yes in modern Linux, system encoding = UTF-8, but some users use another, for example KOI8-R.

KOI8 in Linux as sys encoding? it is like nonsense, IMO DC can ignore this weird system case.

KOI8 can be added as new encoding item, so even WIn32 users can use.

Now by default find files dialog has "default" encoding that equals to current system encoding. ANSI encoding means Windows ANSI encoding for system language (like it would be under Windows). So it is easy to find files in Windows ANSI encoding.
