Summary0001762: Show the processes, which lock the file from deletion.
Description@Windows when you try to delete the file, which is used by some process the dialog is shown:

"Can not delete file XYZ. Retry, Skip, Skip All, Abort"

The idea is to add Button "Unlock". This would open the dialog with the list of processes / applications which keep such file.
Double clicking the listed process would allow to: "Open the process window." or "Kill the process."
Steps To ReproduceEdit file and simultaneously try to delete it.
