Summary0002012: Wrong time of JPG files
DescriptionMy jpeg's date/time is set from EXIF info with <exiftool "-DateTimeOriginal>FileModifyDate">.

In DATE column time is set to [DC().GETFILETIME{}]. All of my jpeg file's time is back with nearly 1 hour. Date is OK, time is wrong.

I was using v0.5.8-1 and I thought that an update will solve the problem but not.

In Midnight Commander, Krusader, Dolphin time is correctly displayed.
Steps To ReproduceJust check jpeg's time in Double Commander and compare it with the time stored in EXIF.

Is NTFS file system? NtfsHourTimeDelay: https://doublecmd.github.io/doc/en/configxml.html#manualed

NtfsHourTimeDelay is Windows only. May be daylight saving time issue.

I also have issues with the file time.
I use Ubuntu 18.04 64Bit and Doublecommander 0.8.4:

If I open a terminal and show my home-dir, some of the files and folders differ 1 hour with the time shown in DC.

Even files / folders that have nothing to do with Windows differ in time:
e. g. the folder "snap" in terminal and nemo has time 12:51. Also "stat snap" shows 12:51. Only DC shows time 11:21.

What is the date of the files with the wrong time?

seems to be a problem of displaying the correct timezone for files in Doublecommander. In germany we now have +1 hour. Files generated with summer time have +2 hour in the file time stamp, see the "stat" command.

Maybe DC takes the actual daylight saving time timezone offset of +1 hour and tries to display time of files genrated in summer with timezone offset +2 hour?
