Summary	0002028: Narrow tabs and shorten titles if too many tabs
Description	This is the first issue I report. I wrote https://doublecmd.sourceforge.io/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=4426 but I guess it's better to directly file issue here. I couldn't find an existing option. If there are too many tabs, from what I see DC just scrolls (or uses multi-line tabs, what I don't want). We can limit tab title length and that's helpful but it's manual and not automated solution and not practical. For many tabs (I use 2x20 :) ) tab width should be narrowed and titles shortened with two period at the ane(example if 8 chars can fit: Directory Name -> Direct.. ).

DoubleTim 2018-03-15 14:56 reporter ~0002545	Note: If we limit tab length now to, let's say, 2 chars, then we have "Ch... " meaning that (apart from 3 dots instead of proposed 2) there's too much space after the dots. It's a waste of space that should be reduced.

DoubleTim 2019-04-25 10:09 reporter ~0003141	Current check box option "Tabs on multiple lines" should be changed to combo box options (2 existing and the new one): - "Tabs on multiple lines" - "Tabs scrolling on single line" and - (something like) "Tab title length adjusted for single line".
