Description1. At file copied/moved to other directory: file "descript.ion" not changed:
* in new directory: file comment not created
* at file moved:
** in old directory: file comment not removed

2. At file renamed in same directory: file "descript.ion" not changed:
* file comment refer to old file name
* for new file name: no comment
Steps To Reproduce1.
Create comment for some file.
Copy/move file to other directory.
In old and new directory: view file "descript.ion".

2.
Create comment for some file.
Rename file.
View file "descript.ion".
TagsNo tags attached.

One more related issue:
file comments shown in separate column are not renewed at file renamed etc..
renewed: after directory changed or refresh.
