| Description | Please add word wrap for editor. Would expect to see under configuration the option to automatically enable word wrap. Also under Edit menu would be expected. | ||||

Certainly I mean soft wrap - just when displaying on screen and not modifying the file. |

Editor settings can be accessed also from DoubleCMD menu Configuration->Options->Tools->Editor - same as open it directly from File->Configuration in editor |

Unreal, used editor component does not support it. Adding this thing in component is terribly difficult. Use external editor if you need wrap mode. |

Perhaps can you use some already existing free and open-source editor solution where soft wrap is already implemented. E.g.: * Xed - https://github.com/linuxmint/xed * Geany: https://github.com/geany/geany https://github.com/geany/geany-plugins |

Perhaps can you use your own solution of soft wrap you already using in your viewer. |

internal editor and viewer use different components. synedit (the component that internal editor uses) is part of lazarus |
