Summary | 0002386: Removable drives don't show up automatically |
---|
Description | When I add a thumb drive, the drive letter doesn't show up automatically in the folder navigation pane. When I remove it, it doesn't go away automatically. It works correctly in the drive list above the folder panes with the tabs. I haven't tried this with an external hard drive, but I expect that it works the same way. |
---|
Steps To Reproduce | Plug in the thumb drive. It doesn't show up in the folder navigation pane. Close and reopen Double Commander and it appears. Eject the drive correctly from the "Safely remove hardware and eject media" icon in the system tray. The drive folder still shows up in the folder navigation pane. Close and reopen Double Commander and the drive no longer shows up. |
---|
Additional Information | Saying that the drive bar above the tab panes is dynamic is good enough isn't going to do. That is not a reason to close this issue. The folder navigation pane needs to work correctly. |
