Summary0002418: DC can't create WIM archive and ARJ archive
DescriptionI've tested DC 0.9.6 beta on Win7 and Win10 both x64 & x86 and found that DC can't create WIM archive and ARJ archive (with ARJ32.EXE external packer), other DC external packer did it perfectly.
Steps To ReproduceWhen create WIM or ARJ archive: Error... Function not supported! always appears

To create .arj via external packer you should remove .arj extension from SevenZip plugin (see "Plugins WCX" configuration page).

 Still can't create WIM.. but ARJ works perfect!
