Summary0002458: Wrong line endings rendering in file comparison view for certain encodings
DescriptionWhen file comparison launched on files in UCS-16LE encoding (which is MS Windows default encoding), line endings are rendered as ਍ഀ signs.
Maybe works for some other encodings also.
Steps To ReproduceCreate two text files containing several lines in UCS-16LE, launch File comparison operation on them

Other encodings are mangled in another way: e. g., UCS2-BE looks like on the picture attached: line endings are rendered as Georgian letters, and BOM as a space. In Lister and Editor they look as usual

I cannot reproduce. DC 0.9.10 works fine for me.
