Summary0002595: Selection "By clicking on icon" in Single click mode doesn't work
DescriptionOpening "Options" -> "Mouse", it allows to enable selection files or folders "By clicking on icon". This only works when the mode below "Open with" is set to "Double click". When setting it to one of the "Single click" modes, clicking on the icon will trigger open, instead of selection only.

The expected behavior (from me) would be:
Single-click on icon will only select it, instead of open.
Steps To Reproduce1. Open "Options" -> "Mouse"
2. Enable: "Selection by mouse", "By clicking on icon", "Mode: Left Button"
3. Set "Open with" to "Single click (opens files and folders)"
4. Click on OK, then in a tab make a single left click on the icon of a file or folder.

The file or folder you clicked on will be opened, instead of selected only.
Additional InformationIMHO it should also be considered, how DoubleCommander behaves with this "clicking on icon" case when "Double click" is enabled. Currently, doubleclicking on the icon will also open the file/folder.

Already fixed in DC 1.0.

>>>Currently, doubleclicking on the icon will also open the file/folder.

It is by design. Selection done by single click.
