DescriptionRight-click a zip file, choose "Extract here", and click "OK".

Expected result: The original date of the unpacked file will be shown in the files panel.
Actual result: The current date will be shown in the files panel.

Only after pressing Ctrl+R, you'll get the expected result.

Strange ... The problem does not occur with normal zip files, but only when the zip file contains an app. For example, the problem occurs with the file "doublecmd-1.0.0-9750.cocoa.x86_64.zip". When upacking, the option "Unpack path names if stored with files" must be enabled.
