Summary0000715: Language change does not update toolbar buttons text
DescriptionInstalled Double Commander, and the default language was selected as Dutch. Changing the language to English does not update the text popping up when the mouse is hovered over the icons. See attached png file

Fixed in r5287.
To fix this with already existing toolbar:
1. Change back to language in which you have toolbar currently translated. Restart DC.
2. Open options, change language to English, then open Toolbar page (so that configuration for it is processed) and press OK to save configuration. Restart DC.
