| Description | On Windows 2012 R2 x64 Russian under the user "Администратор" (i.e. built-in Administrator) program throw the error "Unable to open file c:\Users\Администратор\Appdata\Roa...\pixmaps.txt" while this file exists and user have full access rights. If I delete it manually, DC recreate file but the same error is still here. When I press "OK" DC starts & work fine. | ||||
