I can confirm this behaviour on ubuntu 14.04 64bit.

I was deleting a whole tree of directories recursively. Some directories could not be deleted, because there was a file "descript.ion" contained in it. This file gets not deleted, and in turn the directories could not be deleted. No idea why this happend. After deleting these files explicitely by hand, all was ok.

I cannot reproduce this failure.

Some more details. I'm working on a ext3 filesystem.

This failure only happens on deleting (Shift-F8), not when moving to recycle bin (F8).

And there must be more the the single "descript.ion" file. After the failure occuring there remains the single description file. With a second Shift-F8 this file can be deleted without problems.

I 've noted that the resulting decript.ion is modified and has a current timestamp. Seems, that DC writes/updates this file while deleting the directory!

Can confirm, if I switch the option "Kommentare von Dateien/Verzeichnissen mitbearbeiten" off, the failure disappears.
