| Description | Whenever I try to do an operation that requires elevated permissions (create, copy, delete, rename), Double Commander sometimes nicely asks to retry when elevated. I get the UAC prompt if enabled, but afterwards either nothing happens (no feedback either), or I get one of the following errors: On create file (SHIFT+F4): "Cannot create file. Access is denied." (No UAC prompt) on copy: "Cannot create file" without [As Administrator] present in dialog (No UAC prompt) On rename: "File access denied" -> [Continue] -> UAC prompt -> "You need permission to perform this action" -> [Try again] -> enless loop On delete: "Can not delete" -> [As Administrator] -> UAC prompt -> nothing happens, not even a log entry that it failed. The lack of any feedback when trying to delete files is especially confusing. Tested in Double Commander x64 0.9.0.r8000-8072 Windows 10 x64 1709 | ||||

Delete operation fixed. Rename works fine. Other operations are not supported. |

Delete confirmed fixed in 8087. Fingers crossed for a solution for copy some time in the future. |
